Today MHA shows the comparation between 5 famous food delivery apps like Grab Food, foodpanda, Robinhood, LINE MAN and Gojek in the subjects that restaurant owners should know for the better decision making to use the app before getting one of their services or all of them essentially for the booming period of online food delivery order.

Start with the most important information of each app which restaurant must know

    Grab Food: The No. 1 in Thailand delivery industry

  • Approximately 6.2 million of users and 100,000 deliverymen
  • Free entrance and free registration
  • 35% of the commission rate (early of 7% VAT) of list order through Grab within the period of 12 months contract (from the day of signing the contract signature)

Which app you should get?

Survey found that each app has its own group of customers with the differences of pros and cons. We found that Foodpanda is the most comprehensive for the area out of town, followed by Grab food. Without the charge on service requirement of Robinhood and the fastest app on submitting the payment to the restaurant, still it is an interesting choice.

MHA suggested that these 5 apps are necessary since each app amount of order are at the same number depend on free promotion on delivery or delivery discount

For Restaurants out of Bangkok should primarily use Food Panda, differently to LINE MAN and Grab Food are more suitable used for Bangkok and Perimeter. แต่New restaurant with minimal profit should try Robinhood or Line Man first because they don’t request to pay GP rate or fee. Line Man is the recommended in case if your target is customers from far area.
